"So I stopped in bc I was hungry, went to the hot food counter. Mme was busy and ignored me. I hate being ignored when I'm ready to spend my money! She seemed too bothered by my presence- what with having to stop her cleaning! Really?? I ordered something hot on the marquis for $7, only to be told there wasn't a roll, no substitute... and that the sign hadn't been corrected in 2 YEARS!!!??? Gee, that's a lot of extra profit for WD - the savings on rolls, really!... I go to the service desk to complain (about the pricing, not the pseudo-service)... and the young man took a dollar of the price. I was happy, but really?... I kept thinking about all those folks being ripped off, not having bothered to ask or, perhaps, not even knowing...? Shame on you WD!! - all that extra money over 2 years should be used to give your employees a raise, hire better trained staff, and teach staff training on what "service" should look like for WD. OH, yeah, the store LOOKS good, but it doesn't mask the attitude or rip off..."

"They do a good job keeping the store clean. Produce is usually very fresh. The only concern I have is that sometimes items ring up for at a different price. For example, about a week ago I went to the bakery area and found a chocolate bokca for $6.99 it rang up for something like $10.49. Then it took several minutes at the self checkout line because there was no one helping out there. There was also another guy having a problem paying cash . Like I said no one was there. Luckily a person from another Winn-Dixie store was there and was able to help the customer out . Normally there's a person there but that day nobody was there."

"Customer service is awful. I’ve been trying to get a specific product for weeks, one that they still have a tag for on the shelf. I went in last week and just happened to get the store manager to help me and he seemed helpful and told me to check back in this week. So I called, trying to avoid yet another wasted trip if they still didn’t have it in stock. The kid that answered acted as if I was inconveniencing him by asking him for help. I asked for the manger that was helping me previously after he supposedly went to check if the product was in. He said he didn’t think he could get him to take a call, but he would check. A female manager then got on the phone and was very rude, again acted as if I was inconveniencing her by needing help. The original kid apparently heard me wrong and “went to check” for cheese when I asked for tea, even gave him the section and aisle it should be on. Needless to say I’m done with this store and their incredibly rude customer service."

"I used to think that the Winn-Dixie near my house was the best until I stepped inside this one. Everywhere I went was clean and organized the staff in the hot food section was helpful and polite I didn't use the restroom during this visit but I'm sure its just as clean as the shopping section. The deli and hot food section looks like it was designed by someone with class and the hot food selections was on point."
