"I love Publix but this store has a problem with the deli department, under the management of Kelly, a rude and aggressive person not interested in customer service. The deli is always a 35 plus minute wait, they understaff and under respect their employees, to the point of escalation in the case of last week, and again today. I do NOT recommend until under professional management."
