"I show the barber a picture it looks nothing like it. He said “do you want the fade like the picture?” I said yes. He didn’t give me a fade and it just looks awful on the sides.I said just a trim and the barber cut a lot off of it. Barber wasn’t friendly, when I walked in he was on his phone talking didn’t really pay attention to me. He was cutting my hair while he had his phone against his ear."

"*False Advertising: (a)Your online booking service doesn't allow you to book appointments with any of the Barbers mentioned in your Google Reviews. Meaning, it's not even an option to get a cut from the barbers that are responsible for your high Reviews (On Google & Booksy) (b) Your entire website is in English and most of your reviews are as well. At the very least, without a heads up, an average person would assume that the Barber is bilingual if they do speak Spanish. You should state if a Barber doesn't speak English so a person knows before they book an appointment with someone who doesn't speak their language. I'm not shing anyone by saying they have to know English, but being able to communicate with your Barber is a critical element to getting a haircut. *Poor Service/Atmosphere a) It was extremely hot to the point where I was literally sweating during the first half of my 9:45 AM cut. The atmosphere was good other than that. (b) Don't give the option for an email receipt if you are going to cut me off in the middle of me entering .y email address and print out one when thats not what I wanted. It certainly gave the impression that you were trying to get the Gringo out of there so you didn't have to deal with his English speaking paying customer behind. (c) The barber gave a handshake to a random person in the middle of my cut. I don't know where that stranger's hands had been and now whatever may be in his hands are on my head. That's extremely unprofessional."
