"Sunday, 1/14/24 , 1:45 pm, store pretty much empty. I was looking for decorative corner braces and I brought a sample. Saw 2 employees in aisle 14 showed them what I was looking for, they told me aisle 15. Looked up and down aisle couldn’t find, went back and asked them if they could look it up, they said no. I ended up leaving store. They could have cared less."

"Shopping experience is fine. Seems a bit pricey on some items. Hard to get help sometimes when they're busy but no worse than other places. I knocked off a star as they didn't treat my grandson very well when he was just asking about a job."

"Purchased a new kitchen to the tune of $30K. Months later, I still do not have my kitchen finished. The cabinets were delivered damaged. Months went by before the installer showed up. Some of the cabinets are damaged and now have to be sent back. The holidays have come and gone with my family cooking out of a microwave. I'm told they will be partially finished in a few weeks. Avoid these people at all cost."
