"I tried to use this business. I made an appointment for 8am, I arrived with my two sons at 8am only to be told the person my appt was with would be in at 8:30. I waited until 8:45am while no one in the shop communicated anything else with me. I guess you have to be Puerto Rican to be understood or be serviced. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values their time. They definitely wasted mine."

"Worst barbershop i ever been to. No one acknowledged me walking in. Sat there for a hour and finally asked when was i going to get my cut because i had been waiting since 8pm and the barber told me they only run on appointments . Then acted like he didn’t see me sitting there for a hour trying to apologize before me leaving without getting my cut. This is why you interact with customers walking in the shop. On top of that all they do is talk. Only went here cause it was a last minute thing but never again."

"I’ll never return here ever again they took my take up back and took two hours on my hair. I have a low fade and get groomed every week my haircut is simple and basic and couldn’t be done. I’m pissed because I Couldn’t get my haircut the next week because it was jacked up and not faded and blended correctly. As well as razor bumps around my neck and face broke out"

"I had searched for a Barber that could do a fade for a number of years including the states of NC, SC, Alabama and finally found perfection right here in JAX.. Issac gave me the perfect fade that earned me a kiss as soon as I walked in the door at home. The shop atmosphere was joyous and friendly the moment I stepped in. Obviously, the workers are happy and their skills support it. The prices are very fair too. Parking was excellent and the shop is easily accessible from I-95.. My only regret is I am moving to Atlanta this week but anytime I return to JAX, I will stop and get my fade at "House of Fades."."
