"I’ve heard such great things about this shop but my experience was not great at all. I will not be rating a haircut because we never got to that point. I brought my 10 year old grandson in for a haircut. We were a walk in so I knew there would be a wait which I’m good with. The environment was not good for kids at all. We were not acknowledged or greeted when we arrived. There was 3 barbers cutting that were moving very slow. The language used by one barber was very inappropriate (B’s and F bomb). We sat for over an hour and was never acknowledged. That was my fault for waiting that long. The presence of the shop was not good. There was hair everywhere even the stations that weren’t being used. I wish much success to this shop and hope that this review is taken as constructive criticism."

"Had a great experience here. All the barbers were genuine. I was literally laughing the whole time not to mention it was the best haircut I’ve gotten since I been in Jacksonville. Definitely recommend this barbershop if you’re in Jacksonville. Ask for Luke Nahshon best barber in the city."
