At the time, they always say they understand what he's asking for, and he will walk away with a haircut that he never asked for. Today, Drea completely understood what he was asking for and did an amazing job. We'll definitely be back!"

"New to the area and trying to find a barber that’s at least as good as the one I’d been going to for years previously. This place isn’t it. Came in for beard maintenance. Asked no less than 5 times for straight razor detailing on beard. Woman asks if I’ve had straight razor before. Yes. Every single time I’ve gone to a barber. Proceeds to never pull out a straight razor. Would rather them tell me they don’t do that so I can get what I want elsewhere. Wasn’t satisfied with the service at all, but grateful that she didn’t screw anything up. Just didn’t do a good job, and I didn’t get what I wanted. This place has a Great Clips type service, and I don’t go to Great Clips type places. Not at all what I was looking for. Won’t be back. Cool vibes if all you’re looking for is general aesthetic of the place. None of the women looked happy to be there and many were flat out rude. One of the ‘barbers’ kept going on and on about some kids cowlick. Literally said if she PAID ATTENTION that she wouldn’t have cut it so short. Another ‘barber’ was super rude to another kid when getting his information after he wasn’t in the system properly. I asked for eyebrows to be done and my ‘barber’ didn’t do them but said she’d get someone else. When the time came to get someone else, she started going on and on about how my eyebrows are perfect and insisting to know what I want done with them. Like, just say there’s no one on staff to do them. WOW. I’d have gone elsewhere for sure (and will in the future) if I knew that I couldn’t get straight razor or brows done. Two stars because she didn’t mess up anything important."

"My first experience here in Nov of 2023 was positive. My second was not. I had an appointment on Jan 7 at 2 pm. They were busy when I arrived at 1:55. I sat next to someone who also had a 2 pm appointment. Waited around for 15 minutes while the let a few walk-ins ahead of us. When they let someone who said he had a 2:15 appointment get ahead of us, I decided to go down the road to Great Clips instead. I probably won't be back unless they fix their appointment system or hire some more barbers. What's the purpose of making an appointment if the proprietor fails to honor it?"
