"My haircut appointment was canceled less than 3 hours before its time and was done on the internet. No reason was given, and the only option was to book another appointment sometime in the future. When I called and asked to speak to my barber, I was told that he was gone for the holidays. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way it was handled, the story quickly changed to; he was out sick. It was most disappointing because I was going out of town for Christmas with my entire family and I wanted to look my best. So much for that. I might recommend to them that a better business practice would be when cancelling, to offer an explanation and some alternatives rather than just make another appointment! I cannot recommend this company at all and they will not get any more of my business."
