"I don't think that the previous review is fair considering the fact that when I took my 5 year old nephew, Miguel (barber) was nothing but patient and kind with him. My nephew isn't accustomed to getting haircuts so when it's time to get one he gets a bit afraid. The barber was super patient and talked him every step of the way. I was not only pleased with the quality of the haircut but most importantly with the outstanding customer service that the barber offered us. Easily best barbershop in town"

"Very disappointed with the customer service. Let me explain what happened. The first time I went there it was a really good experience, the barber treated me nicely and at the end of the session I offered to pay with my debit card. He asked if I could pay in cash and I did because I had cash on me. My second time however, the barber that cut my hair, Miguel, at the end of the session felt uncomfortable when I offered to pay with my card and tried asking for cash. This time, I didn't have cash on me. Eventually he took out his device and allowed me to pay by card, however he charged me $21 instead of the $13 that I was charged the first time. The same cut and procedure was done both times. His excuse was that he had to cut my hair "twice" because I asked him to cut shorter throughout the session. This is ridiculous because there is no such thing as charging twice for the same session and also because my first time the same thing happened however the other barber didn't charge me extra for a service that should already be included. Definitely won't be returning due to how sneaky and greedy his attitude was."
