"Dumbest policy ever, if you don't have the black card membership you have to wait till 10 am to go in. In other words you are forced to pay more to be able to go to the Sam's club before 10 am. Discrimination indeed! TF is that?"

"Pick up at Sams’s Club is terrible. They have angry people working there who hate their job. If you click on the app that you are there to pick up, and loose patience and make the mistake of clicking it again, you are punished and sent to the back of the line. You don’t know this until you get up and ask them why are all others showing up after getting there stuff before you. Bad attitude like Kate red haired woman. Her replies are like a cyborg. Cold and angry. She needs to go work in the stock room where nobody sees her. I gave a two because of the price."

"Sams club here we go. Found 1 item I was looking for. 2nd item I asked meat dept for prepared foods, turkey chili , the associate had no clue. I asked for a manager just to find out facts of when it will be back in or approximately when. No manager came out and the same associate said some lame uninformative information. Went up to get a drink at the food bar, waited 10 minutes...line forming behind me... no signs nothing, 3 associates working and don't acknowledge any of us. Another customer said you have to go to the girl in the green shirt to order (regular cash lines due to the food bar registers were down)...um hello why no signs and why did the people working not say anything...it took a customer to tell us. Nope not going back. Letting membership of 10 plus years run out and done. Bjs and costo here I come. GET INTELLIGENT STAFF PLEASE!"

"Visited on 1/4 for a freezer not only did they not have it in stock, but I have noticed something far more concerning about this locations parking lot… it’s definitely unsafe & sketchy especially for women, kids and the elderly. In the image below you can see a middle aged man with a hat on. while I was at Sam’s I noticed him scoping out the parking lot looking for specifically women & elders. He would find them distracted in their cars unloading the groceries or putting their children in carseats etc.The man would walk toward them in a ridiculously fast manner and was asking them for what it seems to be money or scoping for a loose purse or something valuable in their vehicle. He was uncomfortably close, seemed irritable and he was scratching his neck and head while he was scoping for the next women/ elder to approach. This issue needs to be taken seriously as it seems he will continue to do this scheme. It’s very disturbing to see him targeting women and elders as you can see in the 2nd image I was able to catch one of the encounters of an elderly man. Sam’s since is this is your parking lot, please take action against this man so nothing more can happen to your customers."

"I would like to thank the gas attendant Taylor for his service. I had left my Sam's Club card and he was able to assist me with using the gas pump. Also, my wife went without me and he realize that I had the card and he remembered us when she was trying to remember it. He helped us again. I just wanted to thank him and give him an atom boy for great service."
