"Like any Niagara warehouse. No overnight. Fast loading. For overnight parking try Walmart, few miles away."
"Got in early and was loaded in 30 mins. Never a problem at their facilities!!! ❤️"
"Arrived 45mins early for a 2pm Appt.. Came from TA Jacksonville So.(Saint John’s, FL)and took the toll free way(10 mi’s-20 mins shorter than toll way). Not too bad, a little congestion when you exit off I-295 West onto State Road #21 and many traffic lights. Traffic moved along decent. Once there to Niagara, just like pics and some reviews said, pull up to check-in gate+push white button. Give person ur p/u # and they give you a Dock Door to back into((TLR Doors open+Tandems slid to rear). Loading started fairly quick, but was not consistent. It was smooth and intermittent with green-red-green light coming on after about 1-1/2 hrs. Simple as that. Yard is one way, counter clock wise, to small guard shack to print ur BOL’s. I used my p/u #. Not sure why many of the previous reviews were so negative and reeked of this selfish, entitled, arrogant tone that was very unprofessional(many of you should proofread and spellcheck ur reviews before posting them). You don’t like waiting to load or unload , you’re in the wrong profession people. First of all, don’t show up more than an hour early for your appts. and expect immediate attention. 2nd of all don’t have the attitude shippers/receivers are gonna jump right on dealing with you cause ur Gods gift to trucking and ur special. Act your age, dress accordingly and be patient, it’s all gonna be alright. These folks don’t care what ur schedule is and how many hours of driving you have left, that’s your job+ responsibility. Stop your whining + bellyaching and be the professionals that you should be. You get stuck at a place for an over abundant amount of time put in for detention xtra pay and have delivery rescheduled, done. Nobody needs negativity in this world today. If you don’t like how ur treated or how somebody talks to you, leave, go back to your country or where you came from. The true successful Americans with great work ethics and passion to succeed will fill in your spot. Good riddance! You Gen Z, Millennials and what ever else that came before that have a misguided look at the world. Seems now, if you can’t retaliate against someone, it makes you mad. Like coming to Niagara Bottling and you have to speak to or type on a machine and if things didn’t or don’t go your way the machine wins. Ur mad. Grow up! In closing, my 2hr 1st experience blew all the 1 star or negative star haters out of the water. The system works great, and I appreciated my opportunity to visit this fine facility and do my business with the professionals that operate it. Thank you Niagara for your business and the great experience. I will be back hopefully sooner than later. I did see 3ea. Porta-Potties on right after checking out at exit gate. So those looking for a bathroom, there is something(or learn how to pee in a bottle. I learned in my 1st week on the training truck 18 years ago.Really!)Overnight parking appeared to be on road in +out of facility but looked pretty crowded w/dropped TLR’s along both sides of road/street. After CAT scaling load w/45,007 lbs of bottled water and 3/4 tank of fuel: Steer Wt: 11,840 LB Drive Wt: 33,320 LB Trailer Wt: 33460 LB It don’t get much better than that! Good luck all, especially you dreamers !"
"2023.10.25.... 5 stars if it weren't for this one reason.... I too, was worried after reading many of the reviews, however...... I had a 1100am pickup appointment, I arrived at 0949, Loading began at 1009, Loading was complete at 1051.... However, the comments about Loading too heavy, that part is true, I was showing 80,180 (34,720 on my Drives and my tandems were already all the way to the front).... So, I had to avoid 2 weigh stations, the 3rd one all the way up in Forsyth, GA I assumed I would have burned enough fuel (303 miles, 7lbs per gallon=303lbs) to be under 80,000 and very close to 34,400 on the Drives (weigh station was closed).....what I don't understand is this, sure they loaded 1 in the nose, then 2 the rest of the way (i think, unless 1, 2, 1, then 2's, since i had 20 pallets (at 49,968 lbs) and there were 2 at the tail)). All the pallets were equal in height, which means equal in weight. Why not make the first and last 3 pallets each about 10 to 20% lighter than the rest, and make the remaining pallets equal in weight, altho I'm sure all customers like CC wants pallets all equal in height, easier to stack them in the warehouse, but this is not easier on the trucks, this would give the Drives and Tandems less weight, thus easier to haul. This would avoid return to Shipper or avoid Weigh Stations....."
"When you pull into the entrance it’s one way, so pull up to an open speaker. Loading time was an hour and 45 minutes, drive around to the back of the building for the exit after green light. They have four exit lanes, including one to the left of the small shed where you print your paperwork. There might be some nighttime parking, just pass the entrance."
