"Totally disappointed! Such an impressive and clean store. One of the most organized and clean Aldi's I've seen, however totally disrespectful and disregarded myself and another customer who were 2nd and third in line and had to wait at least 10 minutes behind a customer who was obviously struggling. Staff ignored trying to help her, then opened other lines and invited several other guests to to check out, completely ignoring us and the customer behind us while we politely waited. No apologies, no acknowledgement for skipping over us or anything.Tou need to do better!"
"Employee didn't let my 4 year old have access to the restroom. My daughter really needed to go and she actually had an accident on our way to another, was very embarrassed. She was very rude and treated us with a demeaning behaviour. Should be made into an example for her unacceptable behavior and be repremended. No mother or child should go through this."
