"Takes them 30 mins to make one sandwich and if you order online they either don't make it or they make it wrong. Asked for two different sauces and somehow got a dry sandwich with no sauce. I'm like bro would eat that? Crazy"
"Publix is an ok supermarket. I would say Trade Joe's is better. Positive: They do have a lot of selection, though. There is plenty of hot food to choose from. They have deli section which is Boar's Head selection meats. I do have to admit that the bread is made daily and it is very soft and moist and fresh. Their fruits and vegetables are on par with Trader Joe's. Negative: Over-priced items, but you can wait for sales of 2 for 1 deal. Food quality is on the level of Walmart and Key Food but the price of the Whole Foods. If you are in the downtown area and especially in Lake Eola, this is the only supermarket around unless you can drive to Trader Joe's or Lidl."
"New experience I am from a small town and never been to a Publix that had an underground parking garage and an elevator also. So the experience was pretty awesome and the employees were very helpful. 5 out of 5"
"1st time in a city like Publx. Reminded me of NY. I went to get subs. I was very happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was due to some fountain soda options where not working and I had to go to the counter to ask for lids for my drinks. Also I notice homeless people at the entrance and inside the store wich doesn't give it a clean vibe when you 1st go in. Other than that customer service was great."
"I normally give this Publix a five stars because of the customer service which is phenomenal. But today I don't know what it was but I did not like the produce managers attitude about some flowers that were drying out and dying , I wanted to know if they give discounts on these because the way they were looking. From my understanding from other managers in the store they normally just give back to the producer which is understandable and I totally get it, but to literally be missguided, and not take his job seriously all you had to do is explain correctly and he didn't . It took another manager to explain why they don't do it and I was like that's cool. Just shocked because of the customer service which is normally phenomenal truly sucked today in the produce section."
