"There is handicap parking right in front of the shop and it is very spacious which makes it easy for my wheelchair. Alan one of the barbers is very kind and actually helps me with my wheelchair. He also gives great haircuts as do the other barbers as well."

"worst experience at a barber shop that i have had the displeasure of having. waited an hour and not one employee spoke to me or inquired to see if i was there for an appointment, no sign in list, or interaction from any of the employees as soon as i walked in. it got to the point where the one of the employees that had just finished with someone came to where the waiting area was, made eye contact with me several times and the person sitting next to me waiting as well and turned around, went back to his station and sat on the chair looking at his phone. When i finally walked out after an hour of waiting with no customer service, not even a "Hi thanks for coming in" or anything customer service related, an employee walks up to me slowly taking his time to flag me down to see what it is that i needed. So after waiting for an hour, being skipped ahead of, having no customer service provided, and finally walking out is what made at least one person curious enough to see what the customer that had been sitting there for an hour waiting wanted. worst experience ever and ill be sure to not recommend any of my friends and family to this place. if i could give it a lower rating i would."
