"Sadly I will not visit this location again. This location seems to be geared to the Spanish speaking public. Both the cashiers spoke Spanish and didn't seem to understand American. We had grabbed some items and decided we didn't want them but when we entried to tell the cashier we could see the language barrier. When the cashier finally understood she had an attitude that made it seem that we we now a bother to her. This was not the first time we experienced this at this location."

"Absolutely horrific customer service! I went here last weekend to purchase a couple items and let me tell you the lady you have working there on Saturday around 2:15 pm was absolutely by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced she was getting angry rolling her eyes because I was trying to use a coupon she went as far as getting another customer involved because she didn’t speak English well.. she was screaming at the other woman.. she was completely unprofessional and I will be making sure this goes to cooperate! I will never shop at your store again she treated me and my daughters like garbage… I wasn’t even able to buy my items as she left the register while screaming! Shame on you for having someone like this assist your customers!"

"The girls rudeness from the start was some. But for her to be on talking on the phone and not put my bags in a bag. You would think she’s aware of the sensors. Customer service now a days is something else. Update!!!! -Decided to go back to get the sensors removed and the girl that ringed me out told the manager. Those weren’t the bags that I had bought. “Making it seem as if I stole the bags” because I couldn’t find the receipt at first.. claimed she couldn’t find my transaction through my card look up when I know she could. Found my receipt and the manager laughed in my face when I gave her the receipt and told her “if your employee wouldn’t have been on the phone she would have been more aware of what she had to do”. And still didn’t refund me the right things. She scanned the one bag that was 1 dollar when I paid 2 dollars for each bag. And told me she already made the refund there’s nothing she could do. I don’t know how they give tittles to people who genuinely don’t give a dam about customer service or their job roles PERIOD!!!"
