"Store Looks tidy and neat."

"If I could leave no star I would. The staff tonight Jan. 2 were so disrespectful. I pulled into the parking lot at 9:53 and a red head lady locked the door. While my bf knocked on the door to see if they would let him in real quick to grab something since the website says they dnt close until 10pm they ignored him. The owners & management need to retrain their staff & make sure they are closing the door at closing time not earlier. Will not be returning!"

"This location is very clean, and well stocked except for some empty frozen and refrigerator units. They did have large variety of drinks. Be careful turning into the parking lot. Once, there was a cargo truck blocking the way in. It's a great location with plenty of goods, everything from holiday decor to housewares, to snacks and dinner, to auto care. The prices are family friendly."

"Staff is rude & not helpful. Employees & manager do not know their own company policy. I was over charged for an item I purchased in another Family Dollar. They refused to correct the price discrepancy, or refund me. They told me I had to go back to the original store where I purchased the item. I showed them their own website, that clearly states "Returns can be made at ANY Family Dollar, with a receipt within 30 days." They still refused. I called corporate to file a complaint. The corporate office tried to contact them, to advise them they could accept the return. They would not answer the phone for their own Corporate Office. I'm shocked this Company is still in business."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. Store and parking lot are kept very clean and organized (which is a nice surprise for a family dollar). Lots of good deals on certain items. I'm also guilty of buying some fun junk from here too. My kids love taking their allowance here."
