"I made an online reservation. When I arrived, I was greeted with a “hello”. No one took my name or made any attempt to identify me. I waited for 25 minutes. When I looked at my phone to check the wait time, it said “make new reservation”. No one in the shop talked to ma at all. I saw employees chatting amongst themselves, one combing her own hair….. HORRIBLE customer awareness. I will never go back! If you want to feel invisible and unwanted, by all means visit this shop. (Immocolee Rd & 41)"
"Went to Sport Clips - Naples North (Immokalee Rd & 41) for the first time with no appointment. Drove from Ave Maria hoping to meet the Manager Monica. It was late afternoon she was about to leave...but she volunteered to stay to cut my hair since it was my initial visit. She was very friendly and patient. Listed to what I wanted and delivered precisely what I asked for. She is Amazing!! I could not be happier with my experience today. I highly recommend this Sport Clips location and will definitely be returning!!"
