"Terrible customer service!! Made an appointment,showed up, and the door was locked. Everyone inside looking at me standing at the door and not one person came to the door. Then, I called the barbershop and the unprofessional person that picked up the phone was rude and ignorant. No customer service what so ever! When I explained I made an appointment and what transpired he said, "all I can say is I'm sorry" and hung up the phone. Don't waste your time or energy with this place!!"
