"I took my granddaughter for her appointment and the stylist was not in the shop.She was on an errand,really? When she return she had about 5 patrons waiting including one she started on and had to leave.The appt was 1:30, she didn't get on her until after 5:30pm.I am not going to use her again. She was overbooking clients and talking on the phone not very professional.This was my first time taking her,but not her first time as a client. So if you want a long wait she's your girl, she's in the back not in the salon side, she is separated has a small area in the back.She does weave. ."
