"Took our son to this store and he was put with Josh asked for a trim and my son came home with a buzz cut. We have been to this place numerous times so his style was in the computer. This was horrible! My poor child is heartbroken and embarrassed. He now has to go to school with this horrible buzz cut! We will never step foot in this store again."
"As I sit hear, told I will have to wait 40 minutes, starting to look like over an hour and watch the “hair stylists” checking their phones between sits and the text messages on their watches while they are cutting hair I am wondering how this business is surviving. "Pretty upset with the service provided to me because it wasn't even provided to me after 40 minutes of waiting to be served. A person walks through the door and I get pushed back. I think that that was very inconsiderate of them wasting of my time. Especially when I have a child and his hair is easier than most thank you Jay for not serving me today and Lisa for making a man sit there for 20 minutes to wait for his hair to get cut as well. That's very bad business"
"Usually I have a great experience but my usual girl wasn’t in so Mandi cut my hair. It was one of the roughest cuts in my 49 years. I didn’t care how it looked cause I can get someone else to trim it up. Pulling hair while she cut. The trimmer went up and down and everywhere without lifting so I got a burn. Go in for a nice cut just stay away from Mandi unless you don’t mind it being rough. Amanda is who I usually have and she is great. But this was Mandi and I didn’t realize the difference till I went in and then didn’t want to be rude and walk out"
