"This' my first time leaving a poor review and although I feel bad I feel like I must express my sentiments. I got a haircut a few days ago and explicitly asked for a 5 on the length and to just clean things up, I had long hair and bangs to my brows. What I got in return was a borderline buzzcut, my hair looks absolutely ridiculous right now, it's at max a 2 on the sides and the sad remnants of what were (if they'd been trimmed up correctly) good bangs. I look absolutely ridiculous due to going here instead of my usual barber and I have been upset for days at how terrible my hair looks due to the barber's decision to cut my hair so short when we agreed on starting with a little length (a 5) and working our way down to see what I liked. Will never be going here again unfortunately, the barber was super friendly and great at conversation, he just didn't cut my hair how I asked him too."

"Called to make an appointment day before I wanted a cut dude said they got plenty of babrbers and to just walk in. Got there they told me 4 people were ahead of me. Won't be back due to bad service and dude neglecting to book me an appointment. Basically says that they don't care about your time."
