"Sara Dame was 15 min late taking me in when I was told it would be a 30 min. appointment and came on my hour lunch. I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and didn’t receive what I asked for, and she cut my hair way too short! My hair wasn’t angled like I asked and was cut straight across. Now I have to live with a bad cut and grow out my hair and get it recut properly by someone else. She then said it turned out bad because she had to rush but she was late taking me in. Sara seemed inexperienced. If a hair dresser expects me to be on time I expect the hair dresser to be on time. Not happy."

Her techniques are just simply Phenomenal, When she washes my hair there is no part of my scalp left out at all, She goes from the roots to the ends ensuring that there is no build up or dandruff left in my hair.
