"I had open communication with a barber who works there and I missed an appointment and he said I had to pay him for the missed appointment okay fine, I rescheduled and went to the new appointment while he was cutting my sons hair he nicked him my baby cried and cried and cried and the barber said “this never happens to me, it’s been so long since this happened to me.” I made a joke and said looks like I don’t have to pay you for cancellation for making my son bleed he said no you are right so we both laughed and cancellation fee was forgiven. I than attempted to schedule another appointment in December he said he was booked due to holidays I said okay two days ago I texted him to find out when I can come in he said Friday Saturday than he proceeded to say I owe him for missing my appointment I said no you said it was forgiven because you made my son bleed he said no that was another time I said no it was the same and proceeded to say I’m a businessman I write everything down. I never reached again nor made any appointment after he made my son bleed because he was “booked”. I did not appreciate being treated as if I’m a liar. Just don’t waste your time. My son did not move to cause the cut the fact that you are implying that is so unprofessional because I literally sat down with my son and he did not move and YOUR BARBER SAID YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ME THE CANCELLATION FEE BECAUSE I MADE YOUR SON BLEED."

"I would say this is the most underrated barber shop in the town. They never disappointed me with the haircut or beard styling. I made over 4 visits till date and these guys are amazing. I sometimes get appointment by a quick chat with the team on google maps App to cut down my wait time. I highly recommend them."
