I get there and they had just sat someone down who was also walk in. I asked how long it would be and they said about 20 minutes. But the guy had just sat down and they guaranteed me on the phone that they would save me a spot so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there essentially making an appointment."

"I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get right into the chair. House the Barber is a technician and you can tell he has a lot of experience under his belt. He works quickly and precisely. Not that my typical cut is complicated but he nailed it. In am not sure if this will be my usual place because it's a little out of the way for me but I had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks House!"

"When I first came in I asked the barber if she knew how to cut my son's style hair and she responded yes. I told her that I wanted him to get a blowout haircut or taper haircut it's the same. Then I told her to make his hair shorter but since his hair is already naturally curly and has a kind of a silk look to it I would assume that she will use scissors instead of clippers which she ran throughout his head and the end result look like a fro. He has Spanish curly hair with a silk look. She was very unprofessional when I asked her to fix it she then said that she will have to charge me double. I do not recommend anyone coming here especially with children. Her unprofessionalism and mannerisms with the customer is very unacceptable when the client is asking for a specific haircut look but she does it her way. Then has a ATTITUDE when I'm trying to get what I'm paying for. Don't even bother coming here and deal with these type of behaviors because you have a high chance to get upset and things can escalate very very fast. So, I've come to the point in my life where I'm learning how to just leave it alone. Very Very Ratchet environment. You've all been warned. This message is to the people who are trying to avoid conflict!!!!!!"
