"Not why they have such a high rating, I went with my son to get a hair cut and was totally disappointed and ashamed of the way I was treated. There were 2 barbers not taking care of anyone and nobody was waiting and they both looked for an excuse not to attend to us. My 10 year old asked why did they not want to take care of us? Being Hispanic as they also are I felt discriminated and would never even consider entering this location."

"We went for the first time today and the one barber was very unprofessional. This is one of the worst services I have received.The young man stated he only does by appointments . He had no courtesy knowing it was our first time without knowing if he did or didn’t do on the spot. Never coming back here, I am very disappointed...."
