"After a lot of research online for barber shops in Poinciana I am so glad that I brought my sons here. They got their hair cut by two different barbers and both did an excellent job. From what I could see all the barbers in there are pretty good. Highly recommend this shop."

"Walked in on a Saturday mid afternoon and asked if I could get a haircut. One of the barbers pointed to a gentleman sitting in a chair, and he reluctantly got up and went to the first chair on the right. I introduced myself and could barely get a smile, He was less than enthusiastic to cut my hair, I showed him a picture of how I wanted a simple #1 on the sides tapered up little longer on the front so I can gel it back, easy Peezy. 15 minutes later he was done. I inspected my hair and it was not how I asked to have it done. I went over it again with him, and he reluctantly messed around with it until he dropped his comb on the floor and picked it up! and to my disgust and disbelief started using it again. I corrected him and asked him not to use the comb in my hair. He then threw it on his tool chest and stopped. The barber next to him had to tell him not to use a dirty comb again. After this, he pretty much just quit on my haircut. He never cleaned my neck lines and never shaved the back and no hot towel…nothing. The ironic part is when I asked him earlier he said he’s been cutting hair! For 21 years! With the work he did it didn’t seem like he been cutting here for 21 days. All of this and I was charged $35! I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. So now I have to find another Barber and pay them for this so-called barbers screwup. I’m sure that there are very fine barbers at Redline but the guy that sits in the front on the right I could never recommend. I am new to the area and am very disappointed with the service quality, attitude as I feel like I he was doing me favor. I look forward to an apology!"

"This was my first experience with this barbershop and is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten my entire life. The person who cut my hair completely butchered my hair. Didn’t shave my hair properly, didn’t do a lineup. And told me the haircut cost $25. I’m not originally from this city and didn’t want to take the long drive to Orlando to the original barbershop I go to, but I’ll never go back to this barbershop."

"Store super easy to find with great parking and easy accessibility the store is very well located has a large parking lot easy for you to stop your car and it's still free next to the barbershop. There are several other stores where you can have a snack and in the restaurant and visit your favorite market inside the barbershop there are places for you to sit for you to watch TV and it has air conditioning. The price is very affordable, the service is very fast, you don't have to wait long to get your hair cut."
