"Today I went to get a haircut with Kaliegh (I think the manager there). They had cut once my hair before, and apparently they have in their records what they had done before (#4 on the sides). When they finished, they did not presented the mirror to look in the back, which at the moment, it did not seem weird. But they did not forget to offer me to buy in-store products. When I arrived at home, my wife notices that they had botched my haircut. They left a bald spot about a quarter coin in size on the back of my head (photo). I understand accidents happen, but they should have let me know about it."
