Edit: Sad to say, Mr. Victor is not as loyal to customers as you might think. I set appt & still have to wait for someone who came in 5 before me w/out an appt. While the other Barbers tell customer they hv an appt & ask them to wait 5 min after the set schedule, if no show, they get their turn. #LOYALTY"
