The Dugout Barber Shop

"I really hate to leave reviews on places I never did business with but this is more so just to inform others. The hours listed on Google are not correct/need to be updated. Came to the shop at 9am as it's shown on here and the shop was completely empty and no one in site. The number listed on here is someone's personal number and not a business number who then texted me after I tried to call them that they were "busy". The number listed on the physical shop is no longer working. After waiting around 15 mins just hoping someone was running late, I left. Which is really unfortunate as I read good things about this shop and was need of a cut early in the day. Just very unprofessional."

"Walked in at 1:30pm as my usual barber is closed on sundays hoping to get a shave in order to meet work standards as I came in a guy was chilling in the seats with his feet kicked up the only other barber I saw was working on a client and whispered to the guy to get his attention and to see if he was gonna help us or not the guy said why bother we only have an hour left in spanish thankfully i speak spanish and sat there at 1:50 I left as I didn't have enough time to continue sitting there not a great barber location really needs to work on getting some more barbers Won't be coming back"

"Would give it zero stars if possible waited 30 minutes to finally just decide to walk out. There was an employee just sitting in the corner on his phone. The one barber working in Spanish asked him if he wanted to take my man and he responded with why bother we only have an hour left. Me and my fiancé both speak Spanish but don't look it so thankfully we understood our business wasn't wanted. Won't be returning."

"As a new Tampa resident, this place made me feel like I was at my old shop in Queens. Tony is great and the staff looks like they know what their doing. I highly recommended this shop."

"Open later than most barbershops. I went to 3 other local shops(all on the same street/block) and was turned away because it was a half hour till closing. This barber shop will always greet you with a great attitude, they are family friendly and have patience with smaller children. I always recomend this place, especially for a last minute decision or even people who get out a little later than most."
