"No glitzy amenities or events but the big draw for me is the Old Florida vibe of the park with it's shady trees, hanging moss and vintage Elvis Era mobile homes. It's close to downtown Tavares without having to battle traffic, is priced reasonably and Linda, the park manager and Moe, the maintenance man stay on top of things. I'm going to enjoy updating my little place over the coming year."
