"I am a first time customer at the barbershop. I was shopping for a new barber. Booking process was easy. Business is located in small shopping center with plenty of parking available. The business was setup with plenty of seating and my wait was short. Josh took his time to find out what I wanted and that he was sure of description of the type of hair cut I wanted. He is meticulous and took his time. I did not feel rushed or treated like I was in an assembly line barbershop working on quantity not quality. I give him a five star rating, but I will take half a star away because when I walked in there was a lot of hair on the floor and it appeared that no one cleaned up between the last couple of cuttings. I still like this barber shop and will keep Josh as my barber. Believe me when I say I have no problem leaving if I don't the service I want."
