"Just waited 30 mins in drive thru for pickup then was told they did not have it after I called them yesterday to verify it was ready..actually spoke to a woman who verified it was ready. This place used to be really great. It has gone downhill all the way around. They need to be customer service!! I am very angry and let them know so. So they cut me off and walk away. They need a sign outside that says something about long waits. I do believe I'll be finding a new pharmacy!! This store must be under a management that does not care anymore. Too bad."
