"If you are looking for something you saw in an ad, call ahead before you drive there. I drove hours to buy something that their website said was in stock only to find out it was never in stock. The employees didnt recognize the product and claime they've never carried it. They said they have this problem all the time. They dont even rely on their own computer inventory to be accurate since it is never accurate they said. Seems like false advertising in order to get clients in the door."

"Store is nice and helpful people. Don't go there at night, no lights in parking area and I've complained multiple times in the last year and always an excuse why they are not working, that's why the 3 star rating. Otherwise a 4. Get some lights in your parking lot!!"

"I wanted to say that we went to Rural King today to get golf cart batteries and a gentleman by the last name of Lucky and I think the first name was Scott helped us out!! He went OUT of his way to help us out and did all the lifting from the old batteries to the new ones. If I had my way he would get ten stars!! I hope someone let's him know about this review. We need more people in the world like Lucky!!!!!"
