"It's a great place to live. It is a 55+ community and I live here to take care of my elder Grandfather. They also have a very nice pool, horseshoe's and other activities along with a very nice community center next to the office. Their is also a spot in the back with about 20 spaces for camper's or RVs with full electric hookup and a concrete slab with a picnic table. They just paved all the roads in the community. There is also plenty of dumpsters and recycling bins."

"I bought a unit at WK this year for my parents to live in this year. The rent is reasonable, includes a great many amenities (including discounted Spectrum cable/internet). The surrounding properties are farmland on 3 sides, and one house with 18 acres on the east side, so it's more unlikely than most to be snapped up in a wave of corporate/private-equity takeovers. The people are sweet, with community meals, entertainment, and activities scheduled regularly. So far so good!"

"Clean 55+ Mobile Home Park with a dozen or so very reasonably priced travel trailer sites. Peaceful, friendly atmospere. Helpful, polite & inviting community. Love the conscientious management! Many activities to choose from. The uncovered pool is wonderfully warm and clean. Has dog walk & a laundry with 2 washers & dryers. Two new, large, private, full shower rooms. We are very happy here and reserved our spot for next winter ☺"
