"He cut my undercut 2 days ago and although the hair is gone, it wasn’t a quality cut. First off, my hair line got nicked a couple of times so I lost chunks of my long hair when I washed it this AM.. I was disappointed because I’ve been growing it out for a few years. Now my hairline has to be fixed by another barber to even it out. Additionally, my undercut wasn’t shaved down to the same length everywhere. It was patchy on the top half. I don’t know if he was distracted or just didn’t pay attention to detail. Lastly, he used the word “n*gga” to refer to his friend and I was both shocked and offended by this given it’s 1) unprofessional and 2) he isn’t black. I found that to be tacky and disrespectful. I won’t spend $35 on this experience again."
