"Good corner store."
"We rented an apartment from these people and it was the WORST year we have ever experienced. The place was cockroach infested from the beginning and it wasn’t just my place. The whole building is infested. I had orkin coming every month to treat and I even got them an offer to have the entire building fogged and the landlord turned it down! When we were finally able to move we had to throw away most of our things because they were roach infested. We were lied to upon signing the rental agreement about the infestation. The landlord was also told all throughout the year we were tenants about the rats in the walls also. They did NOTHING. Don’t trust these people because you WILL be throwing away money."
