Griffin Park

"For a little town it is a nice lake front park with a nice long sidewalk to walk along. There is also a playground for the kids, a pier out in the water to fish off of or just to enjoy the view, and some parking. Also available is some outdoor exercise equipment in an area that is shaded near the playground and parking lot. But I have not used any of the equipment so I don't know the condition. Some nice pretty seating areas by the lakefront and playground and along the path. You can also visit JB boondocks for some indoor outdoor dining up the road."

"A really cute park on the water with a playground and dock for boat access. The park also head a shaded pavillon and a dock to fish off of. It was really pretty and mellow. Sat and looked at the lake while I ate lunch."

"Griffin Park is nice! It sits on Little Lake Harris, with beautiful views, a small pavilion, a dock and playground. There is a boat ramp and a sidewalk for strolls, that offer amazing views of the lake. I observed birds and an alligator. I visited on a weekday with great weather. The park was quiet and the boat ramp traffic was steady."

"3 stars to me doesn't mean just "okay". It depends on what you're looking for. Peacful walk along Little Lake Harris, a picnic lunch and a place for kids to play, it's nice. But always alert near water."
