"How in the world was my review deleted? This store is sooo shady! Absolutely horrific store I left a very long review about the Older female Pharmacist a year or so ago and it's gone! I called corporate and reported her! They must have decided to remove the review! The rudest most dismissive pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I never go there any more. The entire staff is absolutely miserable as heck and thr Pharmacist made me wait at the front desk for over 20 .min wshe stayed in back on a phone call!! Finally I said Hello! She yelled at me and said don't interrupt Me. I have never been verbally a a pharamcist."

"There’s a reason this Walgreens has a low rating (pharmacy). I’m on pain management due to an automotive accident and have been for 2+ years. I get profiled everytime I pick up my prescription (every 14 days). I had spinal surgery yesterday morning and when I called in to see if the prescription was ready, the lady on the phone said they were out of stock and “had been for months”. I don’t appreciate being lied to considering I’d just had it filled recently. I went to the ER for help at 3 am and was discussing the experience and they mentioned how awful this Walgreens is. I’ll never return and hope whomever that works is gets trained in ethics. Lying to patients isn’t good and makes your company look awful."

"Shelby at store location 30280 US Highway 19 N. Palm Harbor Customer Service from this young lady Is absolutely superb. Shelby went above and beyond with her service skills. Shelby also reminded me of my dollar awards I have accumulated with Walgreens. Shelby needs recognition. Shelby is very friendly, kind and ambitious. Thank You Shelby! "The pharmacy wait is horrible. The pharmacy staff are always in a bad mood, very transactional and lack customer service skills. I used to be employed by Walgreens and never had such a bad experience at a Walgreens before. This experience is only in the pharmacy area. This should be the primary focus especially when most customers in this area are not feeling well or need some extra TLC. ***Update-4/24/21- The pharmacy staff do not follow mask guidelines while filling your prescription and while communicating with co-workers behind the counter. SEE Photos!***Update-01/13/22- Still the same very bad experience only in the pharmacy. Staff not wearing masks while filling scripts and very rude. I highly recommend King Pharmacy & Compounding. I visited them today and a total 360 experience from Walgreens. No waiting, scripts are cheaper, staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. It's located just down the street at 31201 US highway 19 N!!"

"This Walgreens store is much larger than some of the older Walgreens locations. It is very spaciously laid out, but is very quiet. The pharmacy team is very helpful and the associates are friendly."
