"Asked the cashier (black hair, knife tattoo) if she would make any pizza and she said no. Another guy asked behind me as well and was told no too. Why advertise the pizza and coke deal if you’re not gonna make pizza. Half of it would’ve been sold in minutes. Super rude and lazy. Place needed a cleaning too. Meanwhile pizzas just sitting there going to waste. I paid $2.56 for a can of sprite. A dollar more would’ve got me two slices of pizza. 7-eleven could do better."

"7-Eleven 2153 State Road 19 Tavares, FL 32778. I stopped this location on 9-14-2023 at 7:28am in a good mood! I inserted my Visa card at pump 14 to get fuel and as I started pumping the pump was moving slower than a tax refund! So I pulled the pump out while pressing the handle and no fuel was coming out! Mind you the pump charged my visa card $0.22! So I went inside told the white girl at the register and she called her manager Susan! Susan said that not possible! Susan said if it says $0.22 then it pumped $0.22 worth of fuel! So basically Susan called me a LIAR via her phone conversation with the white cashier! The other cashier which was a black girl said the same thing happened yesterday on that pump with another customer! She said same exact story! All I wanted was my $0.22 refunded back to me! I told the white girl that I could walk out to the pump and show her. I told her to call Susan back so I could speak with her and she called and Susan told the white cashier that she was not on the clock so basically she would not speak to me! 1st off is the pump was acting up on 9-13-2023 why not close the pump down? 2nd why in the heck would I lie over $0.22? Give me back my funds so I can move to another pump and then pay for fuel at another pump! I would normally stop at this location every time I come to the Tavares area. Not any more! I will never stop here again! They will steal from you like they stole from me! Regardless of how much it was it was mine!"

"Staff was friendly but I pointed out that the Taki corn chips was listed as $3.29 but was charged $5.29. She confirmed the listed price but couldn't honor it and was apologetic. Not impressed with their false advertisement. Check your bill. Their snacks are too overpriced."
