"When I was there there was only one cashier, she didn't greet me or even smile. There were no carts to push around I asked the associate and she didn't know neither. So I had to go outside n find one, that's all she or her manager had to do. Wasn't happy."
"Is a horrible pharmacy. The staff is rude, takes forever to get anything filled, Don't answer the phones, They also are rude to insurance company and hang upon them as well. customer service is a joke as well. Don't expect help there either"
"This pharmacy is an absolute joke. You can’t reach anyone on the phone to verify if a prescription has been filled, they don’t fill anything timely (had 2 different prescriptions for over 24 hours and they weren’t filled), they can “bump you to the top of the list” but it’ll still take 30 minutes after you already sat in line for 20 min. Stop bumping everyone “to the top of the list” cause clearly its messing up the entire system. Ridiculous and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone."
"We had our son's Pedia Derma send for a refill due to them filling the prior WITHOUT the bottle adapter fitting needed for a syringe to take out 5mL of the medicine needed for his itching condition. My wife went inside in person and explicitly asked the Pharmacy rep if they included the white round thing for the syringe to take the medicine out the bottle. The rep looked at the bag and said yes it should be on there. This is important as 1/4 to 1/3 variant on bottle size will be either wasted or spilled on the floor or needed to be poured into a bowl sucked into syringe and funneled back into the bottle in which it came. This is not sanitary by any means. Wife gets home I open the bag and sure enough no bottle adapter. Called them about it. The girl on the phone stated its not required (but was surely asked and lied too) and that 9 of 10 patients dont need it (but again we asked for it specifically as did Dr. Kumar). Then she goes on about saying that it was not put on there because they have been out of it for a few months now... (so why tell my wife it was included to begin with?). Then when I asked it why she told my wife yes, she proceeds to tell me "I didn't sell it to her intentionally without it" my reply "but you just told me you have been out of the adapters for a few months.... so you knowingly sold it to her knowing it wasn't included even when asked before paying for it." She was speechless and then I told her not to lie to me and that I will be stopping by in person and we would be having our medicine filled elsewhere. If they will lie and deceive us with something such as an adapter for a liquid medicine prescription there is no telling what else they will lie about. Can't trust them and wont get a 2nd chance with it either. The rep did call my wife asking where we wanted to move our fillups moving forward. I took over the call and stated I would stop by tomorrow to speak with Pharmacy Mgr. she stated he wont be in until Monday. I will be stopping by then. As for the price we paid I will be submitting a dispute for it since 1/3 of this big bottle cannot be syringed without wasting it and that's not what we paid for nor was the adapter included when required by Dr. Kumar and my wife's requirement before paying for it."
"The Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription stating "he did not feel comfortable fill in that amount" despite my Doctor calling them directly to speak with them. This may be the worst service ever from a CVS. We just moved into town and really love it hear. Looks like I will be driving a little further for prescriptions."
