"Been going here for a long time and today I have the worst experience. The manager George is so rude And no need to be working there. He sure miss the training of customer service. I went there and purchase 2 items where I have the family dollar coupon. I tried putting in my phone number and I ask him to allow me to he was was rude saying I don't know. I ask him again that it wasn't allowing me to and he was like I don't know I'm not a IT person. Then i ask to speak to the manager and he was I'm the manager. He offered no solution and I have to ask to go to another cash register. His tone was worst. He doesn't need to be working infront of customers or if he doesn't like his job just quit. I'm not going BACK....."
"I entered the store and a woman was sitting on the floor talking very loud and using profanity. This was the week you had the glad trash bags Spend 20 get $5 off all the tags on the shelf read $5.75. I grab 4 boxes went to the register and they scanned $6.20. I told the young lady at the register what they said on the shelf she went back and checked and yes they all were priced at $5.75. She called the manager over who just happened to be the woman sitting on the floor using profanity and (Kat) decided that she wanted to scream at me and tell me she could not change the price because she would get in trouble with her corporate office. At some point everyone has spent time in retail and if a price does not scan what it is marked on the shelf that items should be lowered to that price. Kat's reasoning was that they didn't have time to change the prices and corporate had advised them not to lower/change any price even if it's incorrectly marked. In the world I live in that's called theft. Kat was unprofessional, disrespectful and very hostile towards me. I ended up leaving all of the items that I intended to purchase along with the trash bags there. This store was located at 5401 West colonial drive in the Pine Hills plaza."
