"This Sam's store deserve to be permanently close due to their lack of leadership and responsibility . I have called a total of 11 times to ask about my membership being used by my daughters finance Nate. No one is picking up the phone after open hours on web. I have never dealt with a large company that has no respect for the general public. I have be a loyal customer since 1996 and is not a happy customer."

"Everything is organized. My only complaint is the cashier. I had to unload all my groceries by myself while she was just there starring at me and I had to load all the groceries to the shopping cart without her help. I suffer from chronic pain. The nice male employee who was pushing the carts in the store asked if I needed help. I appreciate that! Thanks!"

"I’ve never had such bad service at an optical location. The staff who work optical are Rude there’s no other word for it! I called to confirm a prescription and spoke to MORA and she was rushing me off the phone telling me she had other people in front of her and my call wouldn’t even have been 5 minutes. They over charge you for frames and everything they can. When you try to get your prescription to take to somewhere else they make it hard for you to be able to get the prescription correct. Using Sam’s optical has been the worse decision. Save yourself the hassle go to Americas best or anywhere else you can find that actually treats there patients well. I had the same terrible service Saturday when I came in person to try to confirm the prescription."

"I was greated at the door and thanked on my way out. There is a good variety of new items. Now on the other hand if you need customer service just know they won't answer their phone. I was told the phone rings in a different department and is transferred to the customer service counter, that was a lie. I stood in line and called after not being able to reach customer service over the phone to see what would happen, but nothing. I bought some Orange Roughy Fish that was bad. Here are the pic I took while in line. When I mentioned this to the lady at the counter she just walked away."

"Store was clean and well stocked. Prices are also very good for the size. Which is a great option for larger families or you just want to stock up. I love that reward plus members can shop earlier. They also offer store pickup. In addition, Sam's Club plus members can shop 1 hour prior to the store opening."
