"This location is my only option on my way to work . Sometimes I go out of my way and arrive to work late because of the older man with the ponytail and glass. He always makes me feel like I’m a bother to him and he is never friendly. No professionalism at all he showed signs of frustration because I asked could I put my rewards number in he always just skips it. Normally I don’t even go out of my way to complain but why should I go out of my way costing me money twice all because this guy doesn’t like me or his job. Thank you for your time ."

"I work close by and Every night the worker here puts a paper on the door that they open at 5am. Super inconvenience and annoying. 711 is supposed to be open 24hrs."

"Terrible. Lady at the counter was extremely disrepectful. I live in the area so i come here often. I was with a few friends and she yelled at us to get out after *respectfully* paying for my stuff. I am being completely honest when i say i never spoke to this lady nor did anything to upset her. I dont know why she is still working there god is she rude."

"I was here today, and the employee with a chub face and dark drawn on eyebrows was yelling all over. She yelled at me to go next in line, as i was still waiting for my friends. Because she insisted, I went up to her register. There she gave me nasty looks and handled my money rudely. She yelled “I GUESS SOME PEOPLE ARE DEAF” Because I did not hear her the first time she asked me to move up. I am hard of hearing and facing such open discrimination really hurts the heart. Don’t think i’ll ever go out my house again. This makes me lose hope in humanity. Disgusting. Please stop."

"The third shift or night shift is extra rude or racist. I came in side to buy a Red Bull no one was at the register. There was a guy behind the counter. I asked if anyone could help me and he straight ignored me. I asked a few times and he kept ignoring me. I see a woman come out what looked like the back and asked if anyone was available to ring up my order. I told her that I asked the guy and I was ignored. She pretty much Ed ignored me as well and said they were busy stocking and I said ok but I am a customer and you can’t just not acknowledge me. She said maybe I should talk louder but I know they heard me. She then walk off and I asked for a manager and she continued to walk off leaving me at the register"
