He devoted time for consultations a week prior and again on the day of the appointment. I wanted to get a perm, which very few stylists know how to do because it isn’t frequently requested. But Massimo put all my fears to rest during our in-depth discussion. His honesty and expertise about the process and outcomes made me feel comfortable and confident. Together, we decided on a soft wave rather than a tight curl. Throughout the treatment, Massimo was very gentle with my hair, explaining each step to help me understand what was happening. His meticulous attention to detail is truly noteworthy. He made sure to get every fly away piece of hair wrapped around the roller. He wasn’t annoyed or fussing get out of the salon on time. He took his time and it was evident that he clearly enjoys his craft. When the final reveal came, I was over the moon! My hair turned out stunning, just as I envisioned.
