"I had been going to the same hair stylist for a few years but she moved. I looked up various salons, did my research, and even went in person to ask all the questions I had. It is scary to start with someone new and as an anxious person, I was not looking forward to this appointment. I know I needed a haircut and to re-do my partial highlights, but aside from that- I was lost (and anxious). William was SUPER welcoming. He asked a bunch of questions to get an idea of what I wanted (which I had no idea), and I showed him a few pictures. He significantly reduced my anxiety. Finally, I put my trust in him. My hair looks exactly how I wanted- and truly, I am not just saying that. I dunno if he reads minds but the man did exactly what I had imagined. I am excited to go back, and really grateful to have found Salon Ethos and William."
