"Lanes are mediocre, ordered some food before we started bowling, wasn't provided a receipt, played 2 games and never got my food. When I went to the snack bar to check on my order they had lost my ticket but said she can see my order in the system. Asked if I could simply get a refund and she politely pointed me towards the manager. I asked the manager if he could reprint my receipt from the lane I was on and issue the refund. The manager interrupted me before I could finish explaining and said " no receipt no refund". He could see my order and that it was paid for but refused to issue a refund for over $60 worth of food and drinks we never received. His only reply to our issue was " that's unfortunate" Update: A few days after the issue happened, the District Manager reached out to me personally to correct any issues that occurred. Was so sincere, understanding, and could tell was invested in resolving the matter to the best of their ability. Sister got compensated for food and drinks not received and most importantly the employee reprimanded."

"Manager working the desk was very rude. They made us move our lane for a reservation but didn't even honor our reservation and told us that we were "lucky they had a lane". The lanes are terrible. We had to have them either fix something in the lane or fix our score multiple times. On top of that, we didn't even get the full hour and a half we paid for."

"Our company hosted our directors and leaders for an afternoon of bowling for the holidays. The Bowlero staff put together tables and decorated them for us. They set up steam tables with wonderful appetizers and great pizza which everyone said was quite good. The staff was very friendly - from the manager who greeted us, to the people handing out shoes and even the much besieged concession/bartending duo. Plan to use them again for our department's christmas party in 2024 for something different. I don't really claim to know a good bowling alley from a bad one but it seemed like the equipment was new and everything was well maintained. It was also very clean."

"Had a great time here! Got the sampler from the snack bar and it had something for everyone. The bar tender took a while to male my drink but a pitcher of beer was a lot quicker. Mixed drinks were quite expensive. They also have bowling leagues there when I went on a Thursday night."

"Great service, food was OK and the alley is clean. Only two reasons I didn't do 5 star was because: 1) our lane repeatedly messed up and we had to request to switch 2) Galactic Bowling hardly had any special lighting and all the main lights were on. It would have been better a bit darker with more black lights and laser light. "
