"Great selections, nice layout in this new Publix store. Helpful employees. Customer service went above and beyond to help me locate what I was looking for. I was assisted with getting my groceries to my vehicle during a rain shower. This location can be tricky crossing Livingston Avenue in rush hour to head south on Livingston. Despite this - I will definitely choose this location again."
"On September 6th I bought a $100.00 VISA gift card for a wedding. Fortunately the couple are friends of ours. The VISA gift card was used. We came to publix and now the say it is not their problem, they didn't help us at all and said I have to deal with VISA. Horrible Customer Service. I will never come back here! And the slogan is "where shopping is a pleasure ""
