"I love this store. I’ve been going for about 10 years. I go almost twice a week. They have great products that aren’t offered anywhere else in Gainesville. The prices always seem fair, but above all, I always know the quality of what I’m getting is good. I am so glad they have been around for this long, as I have seen other health foods stores close down. The staff is always kind and helpful. I really don’t understand the people that leave reviews regarding the lack of interaction from the staff-which I have never experience-BUT if you are looking for deep conversations, maybe call a friend up and talk to them rather than going into a store and being a needy cry baby."

"$21 spent on only two small bags keto baking mix. Get home and they are both expired, by a lot. If you're going to charge premium prices, make sure those prices including quality control in your own store. Will definitely order online next time"

"This was my first time in this store, it's close off the highway. As I walked in I was greeted very pleasantly and friendly. Anything I was looking for that I couldn't find help was readily available to assist me. So if you're traveling, if you live in the area, I know there's plenty of other health foods to stores in Gainesville, but this one you can find some hard to locate stuff. I'm glad I stop by."

"I would give it more stars, but I called to get a stock check and a price and the guy told me it was "$1.99 a pound. It's cheap." I sent my husband it it was actually $10.19 a pound. Don't lie to your customers or they won't trust you. I can see now from several reviews I'm not the only one disappointed. They don't seem to care whether you go there or not. They need to hire better staff. Maybe they hate the manager everyone is complaining about. If management doesn't care about the staff, the staff don't care about their jobs."

"Absolutely no customer service! The woman at the register today barely spoke, made eye contact or anything! After she put my items in the bag she pretty much tossed them to me on the counter. All while I was running my card, she was standing there with a scowling look of not wanting to be there. I was extremely surprised she even spoke to me while handing me my receipt. Absolutely unacceptable at a place of business."
