"Supercuts needs to improve their walk up and appointment scheduling system not only to better serve their customers but also help their employees. They need a posted wait roster so you know where you are in queue and the scheduling software should not allow you to book an appointment for say 10:00 AM at 9:50 AM when there are 4 customers waiting in queue for haircuts. Horrible experience to wait and wait and keep getting put behind."

She made suggestions and talked me through process. Amazing woman! I will be back in Aug, and coming to see her again!! Need a trim and only trust her."
