Reviews of Beach Express RV Park
"road is ugly especially when it rains not safe for children to walk on its a hazard .restrooms dont get cleaned they back up with sewer water and thats a hazard ! health department should be contacting them ! people getting kicked out for speaking up on how the place is garbage ! managament walks around opening peoples doors and windows ! wouldnt sugest this place on my worst enemy ! fixing to call the news on them now"
"The folks who run it are very nice and will go the extra mile for their guests. That's what impressed me most about this place so far. I didn't give 5 stars (although I wanted to), but the bathrooms need a good cleaning and the WiFi signal doesn't reach down as far as our sight. I haven't used the other amenities here so I can't say much more about it. They are great people though."
"You don't want to live here! For starters, when we first moved in they told us they would be lowering rent then soon after they actually raised it. The gravel road will tear up your car the pot holes are horrible, they will not upkeep it. People will speed down the road and you won't be able to keep your car clean because of the dust. After we moved to a different spot in the park after hurricane Sally, everything was good until sewage began to overflow in our yard! We told them about the issue and they refused to fix it until I asked them about it on goggle reviews. They still did not want to fix it they just banned washers and dryers. Then after this, they sent us an email saying that they were not going to renew our rent for June 2022. When they sent this email, it was a 1.5 weeks before the new month began! So a week and a few days notice to get out and find a place to go in the middle of summer! They let our neighbors move down to some spots a little further down the isle so we did so as well without being told we could to finally get away from the sewage. Guess what, sewage was overflowing there as well! They are very unprofessional don't let the first little bit of time into your extended stay fool you, eventually their true colors will show and they will screw you if you have any complaints. Not to mention the Crack heads thay go in and out down the road and how they try to use the club house for themselves."
"First, I would like to say that the camp managers are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They do everything in their power to make sure your stay is good. The other positive is the security cameras placed throughout the park. With that being said, be aware that some sites are small and cramped, the road is rough with potholes, the wifi does not reach the back of the park, and the adjoining neighborhood is not in good condition. All things considered, we would not recommend this park."
"Management is super friendly, helpful, and really go out of their way to make sure guest's needs are met. The bathrooms and lounge are really clean and we'll kept. Its also really peaceful and there is a nice little community among the long-term guests. Also the toilet paper they put in the bathrooms is super soft. 5 stars.10/10."
